I choose an expansive life. I choose adventure, freedom, self-expression. I choose self-definition, self-love, self-renewal. Life expands or contracts according to my expectations. I expect good and that is what I experience. I am an adventurer, an explorer, a dreamer whose dreams become true. I embrace the adventure of life. I have courage.

Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching Testimonial

After the first session:
"I think the steps we decided on were perfect. I have felt such a release of something by the idea of writing for a very short time at night. It’s become something to look forward to. Your guided imagery was amazing. I wish I could have taped it. I have thought about it often over the course of the week."

Before the third session:
"I really enjoy our sessions. I feel very comfortable with you and feel like you would be someone I’d love to have living next door. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s call."
~Kathy Kane, Writer, New Jersey

The people I coach:

I mentor and coach those of you who are ready to experience more joy and fun in your life, to be more creative, to spend more time on your creative endeavors, to live life more creatively, to follow the path of your heart, to express your gifts and talents in the world and(or) to grow and transform into your unique creative self!

You may recognize yourself in one or more of the following:
  • You are just getting started in your creative endeavors or have a desire to begin.  You may have an inner prompting urging you to explore your creativity, but are not sure where to start and may find the idea a little scary. (What? Me? Creative?)
  • You are currently working on a project (a creative project, a project for work, an aspect of your life) and would like someone to talk with who can help you stay focused and help you move through the habits, beliefs, etc. that may be blocking you.
  • You are an artist who is bored with what you are doing and need a change.
  • You recognize the creative blocks (perfectionism, fear of failure, overwhelm, procrastination, etc.) and are ready for a change!
  • You want to lighten up and have more fun. You are interested in how creativity, the creative process and self expression offer that.
  • You are making a life transition, i.e. leaving corporate life to live your dreams, your children have all moved out, you are moving into retirement, or perhaps you are recently divorced.
  • You are forward looking and recognize that you ought to be having more and you desire more; more joy, fulfillment, creativity, abundance. You know life could be better.
  • You are ready for a different, refreshing approach to your creativity and your life.
  • You are resistant to coaching and don't want yet one more person telling you what to do!

 Testimonial

Thank you, Lisa for your gentle guidance in our recent shamanic journey. Truthfully, the idea seemed scary at first and I was hesitant about it, however knowing Lisa and experiencing her beautiful spirit, allowed me to take this risk. It was a lovely warm, safe experience of self discovery and wisdom and I thank you for helping me heal from this fear of the unknown. Many thanks!

Joy, New Jersey

The essence of Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching is beautifully expressed in the following:

Keep dreaming your dream,
stay true to yourself,

choose the path of faith over fear,
revise the journey as your intuition guides you,
know love of yourself and others,
know that this life as you know it now
will come to an end,
live for today,
live creatively, be as unique as you can,
go for the gusto,
release worry,
dance until the morning glories dawn their smiles,
and do at least 5 minutes of your creative passion...

every day you can.
