Get in GEAR!  Creativity Group
Over the phone, in your own home!
Join me for a once-a-week creativity group that includes "parallel" group sessions and group coaching over the phone. A one-to-one coaching session and other extras are included. Read on for details!

~You set aside 1 hour and 15 minutes once a week, most of that time will be spent on your favorite creative activity or project that you can't seem to get to! (Could be writing, drawing, dancing, singing, journaling, painting, scrapbooking, photography, etc.)

This is an example of how the sessions may go:
~At the time of the session, we all get on a conference call to check in.  This is the time for the group coaching as talking about the creative process is very motivating!  I will lead a short ritual to set our intentions for the creative time we are about to explore. Maximum time for this part will be 30 minutes and perhaps much less!

~Then we hang up and spend time on our creative projects.  (30-45 minutes of creative time)

~At the top of the next hour, we all get on the conference call again to share your successes, difficulties, ask questions.  If there is time I may do a guided imagery.  This lasts for 15 minutes.

~DONE! You end the time feeling great about yourself for having spent time on your creative project and feeling encouraged and supported by the group and I.  
 
4-weeks - ONLY $35 -  $8.75 a week.
**Please note that you are responsible for any long-distance charges.
 
Includes:
1. Once-a-week "meetings" and creative time. With ritual, setting intentions, group coaching.
2. Mid-week email messages.
