My joy is using my gifts, talents, knowledge and wisdom to help others open up to their creativity, expand and/or deepen their creativity and therefore experience the many benefits that creativity has to offer. I help clients break through blocks to being their true and authentic creative self.   As a result, they experience personal and spiritual growth and transformation.

Through creativity coaching sessions and shamanic journeys, I guide others to experience their union with Spirit, to live in their full power, move beyond limitations and experience authentic creativity and joy in their life. I love sharing the creative process with others,  and am grateful for the opportunity to witness the sacred healing, transformation, inspiration, abundance and joy that is possible with Spirit.
 
Tending to one's soul is about living life creatively, spiritually and playfully while enjoying the physicality of life and nurturing one's connection to nature. My intention is to share this with others in multiple ways, uplifting them, helping them come to new insights to grow, improve their well-being and their lives.

In addition to studying the creative process, drawing, painting and shamanism, I have also studied qigong, Healing Touch, Reiki, ho'oponopono, the Law of Attraction, herbalism, and a bit of archetypal psychology.   I am a Certified Prosperity Guide ( aka Law of Attraction specialist) through ChoosingProsperity.com. and in 2009 I will become a Certified Kaisen-Muse Creativity Coach!

I love being still and being active in the natural world, especially in beautiful and wild places. I've hiked many miles, mostly in my beautiful "back yard" of the Colorado Front Range area, in particular on the trails in and around Boulder County.   A recent success was a climb to the summit of Long's Peak, my first Colorado 14'er.   Included in my other loves are good and healthy food, magic, miracles, cross country skiing, laughter, fun, loving, dreaming and ice cream!
